Job Description:

We’re looking for a Content Coordinator / Video Reel Creator who can transform existing long-form content into engaging Reels, shorts, and clips for social media. You’ll help manage and grow YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels while ensuring every piece of content aligns with the brand’s tone and message.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit long-form podcast or video content into short, engaging clips for social media.

Write compelling captions and social media posts to accompany videos.

Manage uploads and optimize posts across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Repurpose existing video content for maximum engagement.

Collaborate creatively to generate ideas for content growth and channel strategy.

Maintain consistent posting schedules and monitor content performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience creating social media Reels, Shorts, or similar video content.

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with social media growth strategies and analytics.

Creative mindset with a proactive attitude toward improvement and innovation.

Tools You Will Use:

Zubtitle (captions)

Descript (repurposing/captions)

Audacity (podcast production)

Final Cut Pro (video production) (or other tools you’re comfortable and effective with)

Working Hours:

Part-Time: 20 Hours per Week

Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM Central US Time (Graveyard Shift for PH-based applicants)

Rate: $5/HR
