Job Description:
You will primarily focus on supporting Self-Storage, Real Estate, and Tourism/Hospitality business and its online visibility, while assisting with light bookkeeping and organizational tasks.
Marketing & Promotions:
•Create and manage promotional posts on Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Google Ads, and other platforms.
•Organize and curate photos, videos, and digital content for marketing.
•Respond to inquiries promptly across channels with kindness and hospitality.
•Assist customers with booking tours, website navigation, and credit card payments.
•Coordinate customer logistics such as arrival details and transportation.
Customer Engagement:
•Answer questions, reassure clients, and provide a warm, welcoming communication style that reflects Christian hospitality.
•Communicate updates to Adam, Wendy, and occasionally family members involved in operations.

•Bookkeeping experience is a big plus.
•Comfortable coordinating with clients, vendors, and business partners.

Job Type:
•Part-time
•Pay: Php280.00 - Php300.00 per hour
•Expected hours: 20 per week
