Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who excels in communication, problem-solving, and time management. In this role, you will support daily administrative needs, provide exceptional customer service, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your adaptability and commitment to high-quality work will help ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
•Communicate clearly and professionally through email, chat, or video calls.
•Identify issues, evaluate solutions, and execute tasks to resolve problems.
•Manage schedules, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
•Adapt quickly to new tasks, processes, and tools.
•Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a client-focused attitude.
•Perform data entry and file management tasks.
•Assist with basic accounting, billing, and administrative duties.
•Support content or design tasks using editing tools when necessary.
Qualifications:
•Strong communication skills.
•Excellent problem-solving abilities.
•Strong time management and organizational skills.
•Ability to adapt to changing environments and new systems quickly.
•Customer service–oriented mindset.
•Experience with administrative tasks, data entry, or virtual assistance preferred.
Tools You Will Use:
•Canva or similar editing software
•QuickBooks / Accounting / Billing software
•Data Entry / File Management systems (Dropbox, etc.)
•Microsoft Word
•Microsoft Teams
Working Hours:
•Part-Time: 9 AM – 1 PM PT
•Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

Non-Negotiables:
•Screenshot and productivity tracker required
•Credit score required
•Must be able to work the required Graveyard Shift
