Job Description:
We’re hiring a part-time Marketing & Design Virtual Assistant to support content, design, and light GoHighLevel implementation for a women’s leadership coaching client. This role focuses on producing polished Canva assets, scheduling and formatting content, and implementing basic funnels, emails, and workflows in GoHighLevel — all while using clear, trauma-informed, brain-friendly communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Canva + Design
•Create branded graphics for Instagram and LinkedIn
•Format PDF downloads, workbooks, and lead magnets
•Produce slide decks and update evergreen templates
•Maintain an organized Canva folder structure
Marketing + Content Implementation
•Schedule and post content on Instagram and LinkedIn
•Format and schedule email broadcasts
•Repurpose content into multiple formats and update content calendar (Trello or GHL)
•Prepare launch assets (graphics, slides, sales pages)
GoHighLevel (light implementation)
•Import, edit, and connect simple landing pages and funnels
•Update forms and connect them to workflows
•Edit and schedule email templates and broadcasts
•Build and test basic automation flows (triggers → emails → tags)
•Link products to checkout pages and verify Stripe connections
Organizational + Executive Support
•Keep digital systems and Trello organized
•Summarize meetings, assign tasks, and track weekly priorities
•Provide checklists and SOPs; document work clearly
Trauma-Informed & Brain-Friendly Communication
•Provide clear written summaries and checklists
•Double-check work, avoid assumptions, and ask clarifying questions before building
•Communicate calmly, kindly, and with patience
Qualifications:
•Strong proficiency in Canva (design + templating)
•Working proficiency in GoHighLevel (not beginner) — able to implement funnels, emails, forms, and basic workflows
•Experience formatting PDFs, slide decks, and email broadcasts
•Comfortable scheduling social content and using Trello or similar calendars
•Detail-oriented, organized, and patient
•Strong written communication and documentation skills
•Trauma-aware, emotionally regulated, and low-drama
Tools You Will Use:
•Canva
•GoHighLevel (GHL)
•Trello (or similar task board)
•Stripe (for verifying payments/checkout)
•Gmail or GHL email for broadcasts
•ChatGPT or similar for drafting copy (assistant use)
•(These reflect our workflow and expectations).
Working Hours:
•Part-time: 10–20 hours per week (hours increase during launch cycles)
•Start: Immediately after Black Friday week (start date will be confirmed during hiring)
•Rate: $8-$10/hour
Preferred Traits:
•Emotionally regulated, calm, and steady under pressure
•Loves SOPs, checklists, and clean systems
•Takes initiative but follows processes (does not improvise)
•Creative with an eye for simple, clean design
•Honest about limits and asks questions proactively
•Enjoys supporting others and working with AI responsibly
Non-Negotiables:
•Screenshot + productivity tracker required while on shift
•Credit score check required
