Job description:
We are looking for a proactive, meticulous, and highly communicative Lead Generation Virtual Assistant who can help generate leads, nurture prospects, and manage appointment booking. If you’re a problem solver who loves building systems, optimizing workflows, and creating seamless client experiences—this role might be perfect for you.
You will be working closely with the business owner, supporting outreach efforts, managing HubSpot workflows, and helping turn ideal prospects into booked calls.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead generation, follow-up, and appointment setting
•Manage booking calendars and scheduling
•Create, organize, and maintain workflows inside HubSpot
•Support LinkedIn outreach and lead nurturing
•Track campaign performance and report updates regularly
•Translate the client’s message, values, and voice clearly in outreach
•Identify potential issues in software, workflow, messaging, or analytics and communicate solutions proactively
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but never outside your skill set — always with clear communication.
Qualifications:
•Strong experience with lead generation and appointment setting
•Familiar with creating or managing workflows (HubSpot preferred)
•Excellent written and spoken English
•Proactive communicator — regular updates, follow-ups, and check-ins
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate issues
•Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
•Friendly, professional, and trustworthy
•Ability to understand and represent the client’s voice and message
Tools You’ll Use:
•HubSpot
•Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
•Zoom
Working Hours:
•20 hours per week
•8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (flexible within this range)
•Client timezone: CST
Expected Outcome
•Help generate 5 paid clients within 3 months through consistent follow-up, nurturing, and workflow optimization
Non-Negotiables:
•Must be proactive with communication (daily/regular updates)
•Must be organized, reliable, and consistent
•Screenshot and productivity tracker may be required depending on workflow
