Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing & Administration VA with strong creativity, excellent written English, and a proactive, process-driven mindset. This role supports marketing, influencer outreach, email campaigns, customer service, and social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly Instragram gifting campaigns with micro-influencers
• Oversee brand collaborations and giveaways via Instagram outreach
• Provide daily customer service support through inbox management
• Email wholesale stockist database via Gmail or Klaviyo + follow-up
• Design and build email campaigns using Canva,ChatGPT copy,and Klaviyo
• Manage social media: create reels aligned with brand style, post 6x/week + create 4 weekly stories
• Build Meta Ads using video/photo content +ChatGpt -assisted copywriting
Tools you will use:

Working Hours:
• Part Time-20 hours per week
• Flexible,but must work within AEST hours.
