Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Funnel Builder Virtual Assistant to build, optimize, and maintain sales funnels. The ideal candidate has strong experience with ClickFunnels, understands customer flows, and can migrate automations and sequences from other platforms. You will work closely with our team to develop funnel structures, integrate tools, and ensure smooth technical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

•Build and maintain high-performing sales funnels.

•Re-create and optimize automations, workflows, and email sequences in ClickFunnels.

•Migrate existing lead nurturing processes from other platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign).

•Develop and implement lead generation strategies.

•Set up and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms.

•Integrate funnels with websites and third-party tools/platforms.

•Ensure funnel architecture is efficient, accurate, and conversion-focused.

•Test funnel components to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience as a Funnel Builder VA.

•Strong proficiency with ClickFunnels.

•Experience handling automations, workflow migrations, and email sequences.

•Knowledge of funnel optimization and lead generation strategies.

•Ability to troubleshoot integrations and technical issues.

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Tools You Will Use:

•ClickFunnels

•Email automation tools (ActiveCampaign experience is a plus)

•Integration tools (Zapier or similar)

•Website platforms (as needed)

Working Hours:

•Part-Time | 20 Hours per Week

•Schedule options may fall between:

•8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

•9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

•11:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST

•Graveyard Shift (U.S. Time Zone)

•Note: Work hours must align with PST.
