Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media & Video Editing Virtual Assistant to support a life coach focused on energy work and personal growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves designing and managing digital content that inspires, educates, and engages audiences. You will play a vital role in shaping the online presence and helping bring impactful stories and messages to life.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement social media strategies to increase audience engagement.

•Edit and repurpose video content for YouTube and other social platforms.

•Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance.

•Manage posting schedules while ensuring consistent branding across all channels.

•Track and analyze campaign results to recommend improvements.

•Communicate clearly and proactively with the team regarding tasks and updates.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in social media management and video editing.

•Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.

•Excellent communication and organizational skills.

•Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

•Experience with YouTube and Zoom (knowledge of other tools is a plus).

Working Hours:

•Part-Time: 20 hours per week

•Schedule: 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM (CST – USA)

•Shift: Graveyard Shift

Non-Negotiables:

•Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

•Credit score required.

•Must work during the set Graveyard Shift (CST – USA).
