Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) VA who can take full ownership of a company’s marketing function. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling marketing strategies that produce measurable outcomes. This role requires independence, strategic thinking, and excellent follow-through. You will be expected to iterate quickly, test new ideas, and identify the most impactful marketing levers to drive revenue and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven marketing strategies

•Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels

•Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI

•Implement and manage CRM workflows

•Oversee content creation and branding assets

•Coordinate tasks and timelines through project management tools

•Continuously test, measure, and scale effective marketing initiatives

•Ensure consistent performance reporting and KPI tracking

Qualifications:

•Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution

•Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance-driven marketing

•Highly organized and detail-oriented

•Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills

•Tech-savvy and able to work with minimal supervision

•Ability to manage fast-moving tasks and deadlines

•Open to performance-based incentives

Tools You Will Use:

•HubSpot or similar CRM

•ClickUp

•Canva

Working Hours:

•Full-Time – 40 hours per week

•9 AM to 5 PM PST (Graveyard Shift)

•$8-$10/hr

•Time of work hours must be followed (Graveyard Shift)
