Job Description:
We are seeking a Full-Time Ads Manager & Short-Form Video Editor who can manage social ad campaigns, create high-performing creatives, track metrics, and edit engaging short-form content. This role requires someone who is highly conscientious, steady under pressure, proactive, and committed to achieving outcomes—not just completing tasks.
You’ll be running ads, editing videos, maintaining consistent publishing schedules, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring all creative and technical details are executed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns (creative testing, metrics evaluation, setup, reporting).
•Edit short-form social videos (15 seconds–3 minutes) with engaging pacing and hooks.
•Maintain organized digital assets, naming conventions, and version control.
•Prepare ad creatives, captions, hooks, and export files using correct aspect ratios.
•Track campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, retention, watch time, hook performance).
•Provide daily or end-of-day updates on progress and performance.
•Follow SOPs meticulously and improve systems when possible
•Troubleshoot tech issues calmly and proactively.
•Maintain consistent content output and uphold brand standards
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as an Ads Manager (Meta preferred).
•Strong understanding of ad metrics, creative testing, analytics, and optimization.
•Skilled at short-form editing with a clear sense of pacing, storytelling, and hooks.
•Ability to follow SOPs precisely and deliver consistent results.
•Strong communication skills—proactive, clear, and dependable.
•Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
•High attention to detail and organization.
•Experience working with US-based clients preferred.

Working Hours:
•8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
•Full-Time | Graveyard Shift
