Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Virtual Executive Assistant / Customer Service VA who is detail-oriented, polite, and proactive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring calls are answered professionally, schedules are well-managed, and no opportunity is missed. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes initiative to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
•Schedule and manage appointments accurately
•Notify management of missed calls and ensure follow-ups are scheduled
•Perform light social media-related tasks as assigned
•Maintain organized records and schedules
•Help improve workflows to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Customer Service VA
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
•Strong organizational and time-management skills
•Ability to take initiative and work proactively with minimal supervision
•Customer-focused, polite, and professional demeanor
Tools You Will Use:

Working Hours:
•Full-Time (40 hours per week)
•10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
•Graveyard Shift (US Time Zone)
