Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Recruiter Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. In this role, you will spend the majority of your day on the phone, engaging candidates, promoting programs, and booking interviews. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, recruiting, and fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and organization behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates (approximately 85% of the day)

• Persuasively present and sell programs over the phone

• Book and schedule interviews consistently

• Accurately enter and maintain candidate data in spreadsheets and systems

• Assist with creating job ads, newsletters, and digital campaign materials

• Support basic marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and persuasion skills

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Comfortable with high-volume phone work

• Basic marketing knowledge is a plus

• Experience using Canva is an advantage

Working Hours:

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

• Graveyard Shift (US Time Zone)
