Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager / Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for design and understands how to create content that drives engagement and maintains brand consistency across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms

• Design high-quality graphics, posts, and visual assets

• Develop and maintain content calendars

• Write engaging captions and assist with basic copywriting needs

• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content

• Stay updated on social media and design trends

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and graphic design

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media and graphic design work

• Excellent attention to detail and visual creativity

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Tools You Will Use:

• Canva

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Social media scheduling tools

• Google Workspace

Working Hours:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift)

Rate:

• $5–$6 per hour

• Must be able to work during US hours (Graveyard Shift)
