Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage social media, client communications, and research tasks. You will support our team by ensuring all digital channels are engaging, client inquiries are handled promptly, and projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and strategy support

•Follow up and reach out to potential clients or collaborators

•Assist with research for events, trends, and client projects

•Respond promptly to client emails and phone inquiries

•Support creation of quotes and other client-facing documents

•Collaborate on design and video editing projects using provided tools

Qualifications:

•Previous experience as a VA or in client support

•Strong social media management skills

•Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge

•Familiarity with AI tools (experience with Midjourney is a plus)

•Excellent communication and organizational skills

•Creative problem solver and proactive mindset

Tools You Will Use:

•Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

•Zoom

•LastPass for password management

•Stripe for client payment management

•Graphic design and video editing software

Working Hours:

•Part-time, 20 hours per week

•Flexible schedule starting from 9 AM EST

•Rate: $5/hr
