Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support daily sales operations, podcast coordination, and brand outreach on social media. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, follows through on tasks, and understands the urgency of sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist the sales team with lead management and follow-ups
•Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate data
•Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms
•Schedule calls, demos, and appointments
•Prepare sales reports, trackers, and basic analytics
•Support outreach campaigns and sales sequences
•Handle podcast-related tasks (guest coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, admin support)
•Conduct brand outreach on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
•Perform administrative tasks related to sales and partnerships
Qualifications:
•1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or virtual assistance
•Experience with podcast coordination and brand outreach on social media
•Strong written and verbal English communication skills
•Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Salesforce is a plus)
•Comfortable using Google Workspace and Excel/Google Sheets
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Tools You Will Use:

Working Hours:
•Full-Time: 40 hours/week
•Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
•Shift: Graveyard Shift
•Rate: $3/hour

Non-Negotiables:
•Screenshot and productivity tracker required
•Fixed work hours aligned with the schedule above (Graveyard Shift – US Time Zone)
