Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin/ Appointment Setter
to support daily administrative tasks, client prospecting, and follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data organization, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Your work will directly help streamline operations and improve client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
•Data entry, data cleanup, and information organization
•Client prospecting and lead follow-ups
•Communicating with clients via phone and email
•Maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and CRM tools
•Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
•Strong verbal and written English communication skills
•Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
•Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
•Able to work independently and follow through on tasks consistently
Tools You Will Use:
•Excel / Google Sheets
•Gmail
•CRM and project management tools (training provided)
Working Hours:
•Part-Time (20 hours per week)
•8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
•Graveyard Shift (US Time Zone)
