Phillip Ngo State Farm is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to join our growing business coaching organization. We simplify insurance and financial planning for families and businesses—helping them secure long-term success through personalized strategies and a full suite of financial products.

Role Overview
The Technical Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing technical solutions, building automation workflows, and creating design and media assets that support our marketing and operational goals. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Implementation (40%)
•Configure and maintain Go High Level workflows and automations
•Build and manage webinar and event platforms
•Integrate systems using tools like Zapier or n8n
•Create, test, and troubleshoot forms, triggers, and sequences
•Build email and SMS campaigns
•Configure tracking and analytics
•Clone, customize, and optimize automation templates
Web & Design Implementation (30%)
•Create and maintain websites and landing pages
•Design graphics for marketing materials and presentations
•Develop visual assets for courses and programs
•Implement and maintain brand consistency
•Design UI elements and reusable templates
•Optimize designs for various platforms and devices
Media Production (15%)
•Edit video content for courses and marketing
•Create animations, visual effects, and thumbnails
•Add captions, graphics, and formatting
•Optimize media for multiple platforms
•Maintain an organized media library
Documentation & Process (15%)
•Document technical setups and workflows
•Create tutorials and SOPs
•Maintain a technical knowledge base
•Track performance and implementation metrics
•Suggest and support workflow improvements
•Participate in technical planning and reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•1+ year of technical implementation experience
•Strong understanding of marketing automation
•Web design experience with basic HTML/CSS
•Graphic design skills
•Strong problem-solving ability
•High attention to detail
•Excellent time management and organization
•Ability to follow technical specifications accurately
