JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

Virtual Dream Team is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Success Manager + Executive Support professional to help deliver an exceptional experience for our members and provide high-level support to leadership. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving remote environment, enjoys balancing customer support with operations, and is excited about using AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently.

You’ll play a key role in keeping members engaged, supported, and successful while also helping maintain smooth day-to-day executive operations. If you enjoy variety, take ownership naturally, and communicate with warmth and confidence, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support members through email, messaging platforms, and live calls with clear, friendly, and timely communication

• Guide new members through onboarding and ensure they achieve early wins within their first weeks

• Co-host weekly coaching calls, workshops, and virtual member events with professionalism and confidence

• Monitor member engagement, identify patterns or concerns, and recommend solutions to improve retention and satisfaction

• Reconcile billing records between Stripe and CRM systems to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly

• Coordinate with internal team members to handle escalations and ensure a seamless member experience

• Review AI-assisted executive workflows, spot-check communications, and step in for situations requiring a personal touch

• Help manage calendars, inboxes, and operational priorities to keep leadership focused and organized

• Telegram

• ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience supporting American clients in a customer-facing role

• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to communicate warmly and professionally

• Comfortable hosting live calls, workshops, and virtual events with paying members

• Highly organized, self-managed, and able to solve problems independently without needing constant direction

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot patterns, escalate concerns, and improve processes

• Naturally curious about AI tools and already using them to improve productivity and workflow efficiency

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set and always with clear communication.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (US).

• This is an overnight shift in the Philippines, with occasional late stays during deadline periods.

Rate:

• $6-10/hr depending on experience and performance, plus performance bonuses.
