Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative and skilled Content Specialist / Video Editor who can handle both long-form and short-form video content and has web design experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, visuals, and how content performs across platforms.

Responsibilities:

•Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, training videos, podcasts, etc.)

•Add captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and background music

•Optimize video content based on platform trends and best practices

•Assist with basic web design tasks (landing pages, website updates, visual layout support)

•Collaborate with the team on content strategy, hooks, and storytelling

•Maintain brand consistency across all content

•Organize and manage video and content assets

Requirements:

•2–3 years of experience as a Content Specialist, Video Editor, or similar role

•Proven ability to create both long-form and short-form video content

•Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)

•Web design experience (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar platforms)

•Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats

•Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

•Good communication skills and attention to detail

•Stable internet connection and reliable workstation

Nice to Have:

•Motion graphics or animation experience

•Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma)

•Experience working with personal brands, agencies, or online businesses

•Basic knowledge of SEO or website optimization

Work Schedule & Rate:

•Full-time: 40 hours/week

•Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

•Rate: $5–$8/hour (depending on skills and experience)
