Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and supporting top-tier Virtual Assistants (VAs). Your mission is to ensure the best fit between talent and opportunity while fostering a highly motivated and engaged VA workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview Virtual Assistant candidates

• Match VAs to client opportunities based on skillset and experience

• Manage the onboarding and training of new hires

• Provide continuous development and support to VAs

• Track and analyze performance metrics to enhance performance

• Maintain positive relationships with both clients and VAs

Qualifications:

• Proven background in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make appropriate matches

• Highly organized with strong time management skills

• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus

Tools You Will Use:

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Productivity and time-tracking software

• Communication tools: Notion, WhatsApp, Zoom, Email

• Performance management platforms

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
