Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven YouTube Growth & Funnel Automation Manager who can strategically grow and monetize a YouTube channel while building backend systems that convert viewers into leads and paying customers.

This role combines content strategy, YouTube SEO, monetization, web development, funnel building, and email automation. If you are both creative and analytical—and understand how traffic turns into revenue—we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and engagement

• Optimize videos for SEO (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, CTR optimization)

• Implement monetization strategies (AdSense, sponsorships, affiliate offers, digital products, memberships, etc.)

• Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights

• Build and optimize sales funnels aligned with YouTube content

• Create landing pages and lead capture systems

• Integrate email marketing platforms with funnels

• Build automated email sequences (nurture, sales, launch, re-engagement)

• Set up tracking systems (pixels, tags, analytics dashboards)

• Automate workflows using tools like Zapier or similar platforms

• Continuously test and improve conversion rates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing and monetizing YouTube channels

• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithm strategies

• Experience in web development (basic to intermediate)

• Hands-on experience building funnels from scratch

• Strong knowledge of email marketing automation

• Experience with analytics and performance tracking

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent English communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Tools You Will Use:

• YouTube Studio

• Google Analytics

• TubeBuddy / VidIQ

• ClickFunnels / GoHighLevel / Kajabi (or similar funnel builders)

• WordPress or similar CMS platforms

• Email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)

• Zapier or other automation tools

• Canva or Adobe tools

• Project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)

Working Hours:

• Part-Time

• 20 hours per week

• Monday to Friday

• Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• US Timezone (Graveyard Shift)

Compensation:

• $8 per hour
