Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Data Analyst Virtual Assistant who can transform raw numbers into clear, actionable recommendations. This role requires someone who is intensely curious, highly analytical, and committed to precision and ethical data handling.

You will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, spotting risks early, and making data accessible and understandable for decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate raw data from multiple sources

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights

• Create clear and compelling data visualizations and reports

• Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations

• Identify inefficiencies and performance gaps

• Act as an early warning system by detecting potential negative outcomes before they occur

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and ethical handling of all data

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role

• Strong understanding of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques

• Ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

• Full-Time (40 hours per week)

• Flexible hours aligned with Sydney, Australia time zone

• Preferrably American, Canadian or Australian VA

• $26-28/hr
