Job Description:

We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Chief Technical Officer (VA) who can bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes. This role is focused on optimizing systems, implementing AI-driven solutions, and building scalable infrastructure that supports long-term growth.

You will play a critical role in transforming technical operations into a competitive advantage—ensuring efficiency, clarity, and measurable results across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize workflows and reduce manual processes through automation and AI solutions
• Implement and manage agentic AI systems within business operations
• Build and maintain an internal AI-powered Knowledge Base using SOPs
• Translate complex technical insights into clear, business-focused reports
• Deliver monthly technical health briefings aligned with company growth goals
• Ensure system reliability, targeting high uptime and low bug rates
• Audit and improve existing technical infrastructure and processes
• Develop a scalable 24-month technology roadmap
• Support team adoption of AI tools with clarity and empathy

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a CTO, Technical Lead, or similar role
• Strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Expertise in building internal knowledge bases and SOP frameworks
• Deep understanding of business process optimization using AI
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a concise, executive-level manner
• Experience aligning technical strategy with business goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
