Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist VA who can independently manage content creation, marketing execution, and podcast syndication across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in making decisions aligned with business goals—without waiting for constant instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Podcast editing and syndication (Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Instagram clips)

• Content creation and syndication across platforms (Instagram, email, SMS, and community spaces)

• Social media marketing strategy and execution

• Graphic design for announcements, slides, and marketing assets

• YouTube content strategy support

• Email and SMS marketing campaigns

• Managing multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision

• Identifying content and marketing needs and proactively executing solutions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation

• Strong social media marketing background (especially Instagram)

• Experience with podcast editing and syndication

• Graphic design skills with a strong eye for detail

• Excellent written communication skills for social posts and emails

• Ability to work independently with a high ownership mentality

• Highly organized and capable of managing many moving parts

• Problem-solver mindset with initiative and accountability

Tools You Will Use:

• Asana

• Canva

• Kajabi (email and community features)

Working Hours:

• Part-time (20 hours per week)

• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET

• Graveyard Shift

• Must be able to work during stated US hours (Graveyard Shift)
