Job Description:

We are seeking a multi-skilled Virtual Assistant with strengths in funnel building, digital marketing, and graphic design. This role supports the launch and growth of digital programs and online communities. You will help create systems, build and optimize funnels, design marketing assets, and support content distribution. The ideal VA is organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable working with evolving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

•Build and optimize sales funnels and landing pages.

•Support digital marketing campaigns and content distribution.

•Create graphics for social media, funnels, and digital programs.

•Assist with organizing workflows and documenting processes.

•Manage and update boards and tasks using project management tools.

•Collaborate closely at first, then take increasing ownership of tasks.

Qualifications:

•Experience with funnel building and digital marketing.

•Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding and clarity.

•Highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

•Able to work independently once processes are established.

•Positive attitude with a sense of humor and openness to feedback.

Tools You Will Use:

•Funnel and course platforms (e.g., Kajabi)

•Project management tools (Trello)

•Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

•Design tools (e.g., Canva or similar)

•Community platforms (Skool – optional)

Working Hours:

•Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)

•Morning hours aligned with US time

•Client Time Zone: Arizona

Graveyard Shift (US Time Zone)

•Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools and new technology.

Non-Negotiables:

•Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

•Time of work hours must follow a Graveyard Shift (US Time Zone) schedule.
