Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and fashion-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our client in the e-commerce space. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer service, has experience with Shopify, and is eager to contribute across both business operations and personal admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Main Focus)
•Respond to customer emails in a friendly, on-brand way
•Help with orders, shipping questions, returns, and exchanges
•Use saved replies and escalate issues when needed
Shopify & E-commerce Support
•Add and update products in Shopify (descriptions, pricing, tags, collections)
•Check for basic site issues like broken links, stock levels, or discount errors
•Support order processing and flag problems early
Daily Admin & Operations
•Provide general admin support
•Manage calendars, appointments, and inboxes
•Help with daily operational tasks as needed
Marketing & Email Support
•Assist with email campaigns and basic automations (with guidance)
•Upload and organize marketing files
•Help schedule content or format captions
Reporting & Organization
•Prepare simple weekly updates (orders, revenue, key issues)
•Keep files and documents organized
•Create simple SOPs and checklists as tasks are learned
Process Improvement
•Suggest improvements to workflows
•Flag issues or inefficiencies before they become bigger problems
Qualifications & Skills:
•Minimum 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant
•Strong customer service background
•Excellent written English communication skills
•Highly organised with strong attention to detail
•Comfortable working independently and proactively
•Able to follow systems — and improve them
•Interest or background in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce is a plus

•Canva (nice to have)
•Google Drive / Docs
Working Hours:
•Part-Time
•10:00 AM – 2:00 PM AEDT, Monday to Friday

•Screenshot and productivity tracker required
•Work hours must be strictly followed (AEDT timezone)
