Job Description:
We are a high-performing real estate team seeking a Social Media Specialist to handle social media posting tied to our listings and key milestones (coming soon, active, price reductions, etc.). We already have a structure and systems—your job is to execute consistently and stay on-brand using our templates, guidelines, and approvals process.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative but also process-driven. You should be able to follow instructions closely and produce content that matches the company’s voice.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create and publish listing-related social media posts based on defined triggers and checklist steps (e.g., coming soon, active, price change)
•Use provided brand assets, templates, and guidelines to ensure content is consistent and on-brand
•Coordinate content approvals and revisions (we may provide feedback to fine-tune brand voice)
•Organize content files and schedules using Google Workspace (Drive/Docs/Sheets)
•Track posting activity or content logs inside Google Sheets (if needed)
Collaborate with internal team members through email and text
Qualifications:
•Experience creating and posting social content for a business (real estate preferred)
•Strong working knowledge of:
•Google Workspace
•Social platforms posting workflows (FB/IG preferred, others a plus)
•Ability to follow brand standards and take feedback well
•Strong written English for captions, post text, and basic messaging
Preferred Traits:
•Creative but structured (you can follow systems, not just “create freely”)
•Consistent, organized, and deadline-driven
•Comfortable with revisions and adapting to a brand voice
•Proactive communicator—asks questions early instead of guessing
Non-Negotiables:
•Must be able to work during specified hours
•Screenshot and productivity tracker required for accountability.
•Must have a good credit score
•Rate: $5 per hour.
