Job Description:

We are looking for a highly disciplined Virtual Assistant specializing in Lead Generation and CRM Operations to support an executive and business coaching environment. This is an execution-critical role focused on producing qualified prospects, maintaining spotless CRM pipelines, and ensuring follow-up never slips. Activity without outcomes is not acceptable—this role is about results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute targeted B2B lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Source and qualify prospects aligned with defined Ideal Client Profiles (ICP)

• Build, manage, and track HubSpot-to-LinkedIn conversion campaigns

• Monitor and manage lead progression from connection to discovery call and deal stage

• Maintain consistent follow-up routines that drive replies and bookings

• Create and manage HubSpot Contacts, Deals, Tickets, tasks, campaigns, and reports

• Ensure all CRM records are current, clearly classified, and have next actions with due dates

• Ensure no deal or ticket goes more than 7 days without activity

• Log meetings and outcomes the same day with clear follow-up actions

• Prepare concise daily reports on leads, conversations, booked calls, campaign performance, and risks

• Participate in weekly performance reviews with metrics and blockers clearly identified

• Support email follow-ups within VA scope

• Ensure strategic partners and network champions are scheduled for quarterly relationship nurturing

Qualifications:

• Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B prospecting

• Strong operational expertise in HubSpot CRM (pipelines, tasks, campaigns, reporting)

• Demonstrated experience tracking LinkedIn lead conversion inside HubSpot

• Background supporting coaches, consultants, or professional services (preferred)

• Strong written communication and documentation skills

• Ability to manage lead flow, follow-up discipline, and conversions—not just lead collection

Tools You Will Use:

• HubSpot CRM

• WhatsApp

• Google Chat

• Google Workspace

Working Hours:

• Part-Time: 30 hours per week

• Monday to Friday

• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone):

• 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Central Time

• Strict schedule adherence required

• Must remain available on WhatsApp and Google Chat during work hours

• Rate: $5/hr

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Detail-oriented with excellent note-taking and follow-through

Non-Negotiables:

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required.

• Must be able to work Graveyard Shift aligned with US business hours.
