Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and growth-minded EA/ SMM to support a dynamic, fast-scaling online business. This role blends social media management, email marketing, CRM support, and administrative operations. You will play a key role in freeing up leadership time by owning essential systems and workflows, allowing the business to focus on strategy and growth.
This is a part-time, long-term role ideal for a VA who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working independently, and continuously improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management & Content Scheduling
• Schedule daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs
• Organize and repurpose content into a structured content library
• Track analytics and prepare weekly performance reports
• Email Marketing & CRM Management
• Set up and manage email sequences inside the CRM
• Segment email lists and manage subscriptions
• Track email campaign performance and key metrics
• Update CRM records with leads and client interactions
• Administrative Operations & Client Support
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
• Organize files and documents in Google Drive
• Compile and edit client testimonials for marketing use
• Handle routine correspondence and customer inquiries
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing VA, or Operations VA
• Strong background in social media management and content scheduling
• Experience with email marketing and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Tools You Will Use:
• CRM & Email Marketing Platform (HighLevel/white-label system)
• Zoho (project management and workflow tools)
• Social media scheduling tools
• Canva
• Google Drive
• Basic AI tools for content and productivity support
Working Hours:
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Core overlap preferred: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST (US Timezone)
• Remaining hours flexible for asynchronous tasks
• Graveyard Shift
