Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will handle email inquiries, support tickets, and assist clients across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to emails and support requests promptly and professionally
• Manage Zendesk tickets and provide solutions to client issues
• Support clients using Go High Level, Click, and other platforms
• Maintain clear and organized records of client interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer support or virtual assistance
• Proficiency in Go High Level, Zendesk, and Click
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions independently
• Highly organized with attention to detail
Tools You Will Use:
• Go High Level
• Zendesk
• Click
• Email and communication platforms
Working Hours:
• Full-Time, 40 hours/week
• Eastern Standard Time (EST)
