Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Video Editor to support content creation across multiple social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands what performs well online, enjoys experimenting with formats, and isn’t afraid to give constructive feedback on content strategy and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Editing short-form and long-form videos for social media

• Creating engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Repurposing video content across multiple platforms

• Adding captions, transitions, graphics, and effects to improve engagement

• Posting and scheduling edited videos across platforms

• Staying updated on trending formats, sounds, and hot topics

• Providing creative input and feedback to improve content performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing for social media

• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement

• Creative eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal

• Ability to give constructive feedback and content suggestions

• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Background or strong interest in health/wellness content is a plus

Tools You Will Use:

• Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

• CapCut

• Social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Email communication tools

Working Hours:

• Part time (30 hours per week)

• Ideally between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Central Standard Time

• $6-$7/hr

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Must be willing to work Graveyard Shift aligned with US Central Time
