Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist VA who can take ownership of social media management, graphic design, and light administrative marketing tasks.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating content, organizing campaigns, and taking initiative to improve systems and processes. If you’re adaptable, love learning new marketing strategies, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging social media posts

• Design graphics using Canva

• Manage and monitor social media content calendars

• Use content management tools to schedule and track posts

• Assist with Meta Ads setup and monitoring

• Perform light marketing-related administrative tasks

• Help streamline marketing processes and take tasks off the plate of leadership

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management

• Strong graphic design skills (Canva proficiency required)

• Experience running or assisting with Meta Ads

• Familiarity with content scheduling platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Willingness to grow, learn, and adapt to new systems

Tools You Will Use:

• Canva

• Content Management Systems (Hootsuite, Metricool, Meta Business Suite)

• Meta Ads Manager

Working Hours:

• Part-Time (20 hours per week)

• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM MST

• Graveyard Shift (PH Time)
