Job Description:
This role combines social media management, LinkedIn lead generation. You will be responsible for daily content posting, growing engagement, building connections, generating qualified leads, and helping turn conversations into booked appointments.
We are looking for someone who works independently, communicates clearly, and thinks ahead instead of waiting for instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
• Create and schedule daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Increase engagement and grow followers consistently
• Monitor comments and messages and respond professionally
• Track performance and suggest improvements
• Focus on organic growth strategies
Lead Generation (LinkedIn Focus)
• Send connection requests and outreach messages
• Follow up consistently with potential leads
• Identify and qualify prospects
• Help move conversations toward scheduled calls
• Apply structured outreach methods (training provided)
Calendar Management:
• Book qualified leads into the calendar
• Send confirmations and reminders
• Keep the calendar organized and updated
• Coordinate scheduling efficiently
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
• Familiar with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite or similar)
• Comfortable using Google Calendar or similar scheduling tools
• Basic reporting skills (Google Sheets or similar)
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet daily expectations

Non-Negotiables:
• Must be able to work during specified hours (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM CST)
• Screenshot and productivity tracker required for accountability
• Must have a good credit scor
• Rate: $5 per hour
