Job Description:

We are looking for 2 detail-oriented Data Analyst VAs with a strong background in grocery or retail to help organize, manage, and streamline store data.

If you love working with numbers, creating order from chaos, and building clean systems that actually make sense—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter and update store data accurately

• Organize large sets of numbers and information in Excel

• Clean up and maintain data for accuracy and compliance

• Create and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

• Build and improve systems to keep store data running smoothly

• Ensure all store data is aligned and compliant

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Grocery or retail industry experience (required)

• Strong data entry and data organization skills

• Highly organized and structured in your workflow

• Precise and detail-focused

• Comfortable working with numbers daily

• Able to follow processes and improve them

Working Hours and Rate

• Full-time - 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday

• Between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST

• $5 per hour

Expected Outcomes:

• All store data properly organized and fully operational

• Strong systems in place for data compliance

• Clear, documented SOPs for processes
