Job Description:
We’re looking for a high-level Executive Assistant / Integrator who will work closely with leadership to help keep operations organized, moving, and executed at a high level.
This is not a basic VA role. We’re looking for someone sharp, proactive, and confident who can think critically, solve problems, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
You’ll play a key role in supporting leadership, coordinating tasks, and making sure priorities are executed efficiently.
If you are highly organized, an excellent communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment—this could be a great fit.
What We're Looking For
You must be:
• Extremely sharp and quick to understand complex information
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong in reading comprehension and critical thinking
• An excellent problem solver who can figure things out independently
• A clear communicator who keeps leadership updated
• Proactive and able to anticipate needs before being asked
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable with deadlines, follow-through, and accountability
• Confident and capable of taking ownership of projects and tasks
We are looking for someone who can truly step into the role and take responsibility—not someone who waits to be told every step.

• You will work opposite shifts from another executive assistant, with a schedule similar to:
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
