Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant who excels in communication, data accuracy, and research.This role requires someone who is a forward thinker, strong in Excel, comfortable speaking with clients, and capable of managing schedules, reports, and operational tasks with urgency and precision.
This is a Part-Time position (20 hours per week) with potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client correspondence and professional communication
• Calendar management, scheduling, and reminders
• Research and presenting findings in organized reports
• Data entry with strong focus on accuracy
• File management and document organization
• Billing support and light accounting assistance
• Report pulling and website navigation
• Supporting leadership with administrative and operational tasks
• Managing and organizing spreadsheets (advanced Excel usage)
• Coordinating tasks via Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable)
• Experience with Microsoft Teams
• Experience with accounting or bookkeeping systems (preferred)
