Job Description:

We are looking for 1 highly capable Virtual Assistant to support a growing online brand during an exciting transition and expansion phase.

If you are organized, tech-savvy, creative, and proactive—and you love bringing structure to moving pieces—this role is for you.

This is a 20-hour per week position with potential for increased hours during our platform transition.

About the Role:

We are transitioning from Podia to GoHighLevel (GHL) and need someone who can confidently manage that migration while also supporting content, design, and social media.

You will play a key role in helping streamline systems so the business owner can focus on high-level work and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform & Tech Support

• Assist in migrating content and assets from Podia to GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Organize and consolidate files, funnels, and templates during the transition

• Troubleshoot issues independently and bring solutions when challenges arise

• Manage and update Calendly as needed

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Create and edit templates related to the client’s book (workbooks, promotional materials, etc.)

• Design branded graphics using Canva

• Ensure all visuals align with the brand voice and aesthetic

Video Editing

• Edit podcast videos for publishing

• Prepare short clips or formatted versions for social media when needed

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish social media posts

• Represent the brand voice clearly and professionally

• Maintain consistent posting schedules

• Communicate clearly and effectively in written English

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

• Video editing software (please specify which tools you use)

• Social media scheduling tools

• Strong written English communication skills

• Excellent at moving and consolidating content between platforms (especially Podia to GHL)

• Self-starter who can manage deadlines without hand-holding

• Strong problem-solver who brings solutions—not just problems

• Clear communicator (written and verbal)

• Comfortable working during US Central Time (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST)

• Interested in growing long-term within a brand

We are looking for someone who wants to become an important team member as the business expands. Hours may increase during the transition phase and future course development projects.

Working Hours and Rate:

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST

• Part-time - 20 hours per week

• $5 to 7 per hour
