Job Description:
We are looking for a high-caliber, proactive Executive Virtual Partner to serve as a "Virtual Partner" for a dynamic husband-and-wife entrepreneurial team managing a growing private school and a fractional CFO firm.
If you are a self-starter who brings high discernment, can pivot between marketing funnels and light bookkeeping, and prides yourself on getting "80% of the way there" without constant direction—this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead Generation & Marketing: Assist in building and maintaining lead generation funnels and AI automations for a new school campus.
• Financial Administration: Handle "accounting brain" tasks including entering receipts and attaching documentation to transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Systems Management: Organize and manage leads within Zoho CRM and maintain structured data in Excel.
• Contract Support: Draft contracts based on established templates and ensure all financial strategies (like the Augusta Rule) are properly documented.
• SOP Creation: Turn video instructions (Loom/Zoom) into clear, documented Standard Operating Procedures.
• Executive Support: Assist with vendor outreach (for school operations and home construction) and personal logistics to maximize the founders' daily productivity.
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

What We’re Looking For:
• Critical Thinking: Ability to solve problems and work with high discernment.
• Precision & Detail: Must be comfortable following specific, high-standard instructions to meet the CEO's "right way" philosophy.
• Self-Sufficiency: A "Virtual Partner" who needs little direction once the flow is understood.
• Experience: Previous background in accounting or childcare/education is a significant plus.
• Knowledgeable with MacOS (Bonus).
Working Hours and Rate:
• Part-time: 20 hours per week.
• Shift Options: M/W/F/Sat (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST) OR M/W/F/Sat/Sun (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST).
• Rate: Discussed based on experience level ($7–$10/hr range).
