Job Description:

We are seeking a tech-savvy and results-driven Marketing & Automation VA to help expand awareness for a growing preschool and private school. This role focuses on funnel building, AI automations, direct message automation, and CRM support.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage marketing funnels

• Set up and maintain AI automations

• Create and optimize direct message (DM) automation systems

• Support CRM workflows in Zoho CRM

• Assist in lead generation and outreach campaigns

• Coordinate social media marketing workflows

• Monitor funnel performance and suggest improvements

• Troubleshoot basic automation issues

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

Tools Required:

• Funnel-building platforms (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar)

• AI automation tools

• Direct message automation tools

• Zoho CRM

• Social media platforms

• Excel (basic reporting)

• Google Workspace

• (Bonus: Familiarity with MacOS)

• Comfortable building systems independently

• Able to complete 70–80% of tasks without detailed instructions

• Naturally resourceful and solution-oriented

• Strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented with follow-through

Schedule Options:

• Option 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday – 10am–3pm ET

• Option 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 10am–2pm ET

• (Flexible and open to modification)

Rate:

• $5-7 per hour
