Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to an executive leader.
This role includes supporting a book launch, coordinating investor and client communications, managing executive scheduling, and assisting with marketing initiatives such as podcast setup and vendor coordination.
This is a largely self-directed position ideal for someone who can work independently, think ahead, and solve problems without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar and email management
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive scheduling
• Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• Manage professional email correspondence
• Assist with book launch coordination
• Support investor and client outreach
• Prepare presentations, reports, and investment documentation
• Coordinate meetings with investors, stakeholders, and business partners
• Follow up on key deliverables and action items
• Assist with podcast setup and coordinate with external content vendors
• Provide general executive-level administrative support
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Experience supporting executives or high-level leadership
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Adaptable in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment
• Professional, polished, and people-oriented
Tools You Will Use:

Working Hours:
• Part-Time (30 hours per week)
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
• Graveyard Shift (US Time Zone)
