Job Description:

You’ll serve as a Scheduling & Patient Coordinator, supporting patient bookings, provider coordination, and helping guide potential patients through the scheduling process with clarity and confidence.

This is a business-building role. We’re looking for someone who sees opportunities, solves problems, and contributes to growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars

• Coordinate meetings between patients and providers

• Follow up with leads and help move them toward booking

• Communicate with patients professionally via phone, text, and email

• Keep CRM and EMR systems updated and accurate

• Track and manage tasks inside Go High Level

• Use AI tools to streamline communication and workflow

• Stay organized and proactive—identify areas where systems can improve

• Ensure patient information is handled securely and professionally

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

• Charm EMR

• AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)

• WhatsApp

• Email systems

• Calendar management tools

Work Details:

• 20 hours per week

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

• Long-term opportunity for the right person

• Direct communication via WhatsApp, phone, text, and email

• $5-$8/hr
