Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-driven, compliance-focused Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who understands the fast-paced world of real estate and thrives on keeping everything organized, accurate, and on time.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for supporting our real estate transactions by managing documents, maintaining compliance, and ensuring internal processes are followed precisely. This role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple files at the same time.
We need someone proactive — not someone who waits to be told what to do. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your tasks and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upload and organize transaction documents
• Maintain and update transaction files
• Ensure all documents meet compliance requirements
• Track deadlines and follow up on missing items
• Coordinate internally with team members to keep transactions moving
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial documents
• Follow internal systems and processes accurately
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in real estate transactions (required)
• Extremely detail-oriented and compliance-driven
• Strong internal communication skills
• Proactive with a strong sense of urgency
• Professional and client-friendly
• Highly organized and systems-oriented
• Able to manage multiple transactions at once
• High integrity and commitment to confidentiality
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
Required Tools & Platforms:
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• Paperless Pipeline (preferred)
• File management and document-sharing platforms
Details:
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST
• Starting Rate: $5/hr
