Are you both organized and creative? Do you love the idea of helping build fun, educational content for children and families? Do you enjoy seeing the big picture—but also making sure the details actually get done?
Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help organize, optimize, and promote our educational programming and YouTube content. The content already exists—we need someone who can help us bring structure, consistency, and strategy to our marketing efforts.

• Add pre-made intros and outros
• Create eye-catching thumbnails
• Write engaging titles and descriptions
• Help develop strategies to grow a children-focused YouTube channel
• Collaborate on social media campaigns to promote videos
Marketing & Campaign Organization
• Update and manage website content
• Assist with SEO improvements
• Support blog publishing and email marketing
• Help plan and schedule social media campaigns
• Keep marketing initiatives organized and on track
• Ensure consistency across platforms
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.
Tools You Should Be Comfortable Using:
• Wix (website updates)
• Canva (graphics, thumbnails, marketing materials)
• Video Editing Software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• YouTube Studio
• Basic SEO tools and practices
• Email marketing platforms (any major platform experience is fine)
• Google Docs/Sheets (for tracking and organization)
Who We’re Looking For:
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Creative and visually savvy
• Self-starter who can work independently
• Big-picture thinker who understands branding and growth
• Excited about creating educational content for children and families
• Friendly, fun, and easy to work with
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with a small team
We want someone who doesn’t just “do tasks,” but understands how everything connects—marketing, outreach, YouTube growth, and lead generation—and helps us stay focused and moving forward.
Working Hours:
• 20 hours per week
• Preferred: 8AM–5PM EST
• Some flexibility available for the right candidate
Expected Outcomes:
