Job Description:
We are a fast-growing, mission-driven company in the personal development and coaching industry, and we’re looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing online communities, and supporting day-to-day operations. We move quickly, run frequent campaigns, and manage large communities—so attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Email & Admin Support:
• Manage and respond to emails
• Support with ad hoc administrative tasks
• Help organize communication and operational tasks
Community Management
• Approve members in multiple Facebook groups
• Approve posts within Facebook groups
• Engage with members by replying to comments and questions
• Support a positive and active community environment
Social Media Support
• Monitor and engage on one Facebook page
• Monitor and engage on two Instagram accounts
• Reply to comments and messages
• Support social media engagement efforts
Content & Communication Scheduling
• Schedule social media content
• Upload and schedule email campaigns
• Support weekly communications and announcements
• Assist with “What’s On This Week” updates
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

• Zoom / Streamyard
• Facebook Groups & Social Media Platforms

This is not just a task-based role—we’re looking for someone who cares about outcomes and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM BST
• Occasional availability between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM BST when needed.
• $5/hour
