Job Description:
We are looking for a Creative Marketing & Content Virtual Assistant who can support marketing campaigns through compelling graphics, engaging social media content, and persuasive email copy.This role is ideal for someone who understands content strategy, brand voice, and direct-response copywriting, and enjoys turning long-form content into engaging posts that drive audience engagement and conversions.
You will play a key role in helping marketing campaigns run smoothly by producing high-quality creative assets, planning content, and supporting promotional launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Social Media
• Plan, write, and schedule engaging social media content
• Create persuasive social media captions designed to drive engagement and growth
• Repurpose long-form content (trainings, webinars, calls) into social posts and marketing content
• Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging
Email Marketing
• Write sales email sequences and promotional campaigns
• Create nurture email sequences that build trust and engagement with the audience
• Upload and schedule email campaigns when needed
Creative & Design
• Create branded graphics for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
• Ensure visual content aligns with the brand’s style and identity
• Design graphics that support campaigns, launches, and weekly communications
Marketing Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing team to support launches and campaigns
• Help maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels
• Assist with organizing and reviewing existing marketing assets
Video & Content Editing
• Edit short-form video or marketing content when needed
• Prepare visual and written assets for campaigns and social media
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong creative and marketing instincts
• Can write persuasive, engaging copy
• Has experience creating graphics and marketing content
• Understands social media engagement and content strategy
• Pays strong attention to detail
• Can work independently once trained
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Takes ownership of their work and cares about the impact it creates
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company that is expanding and making a meaningful impact.
Working Hours:
• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Client Time Zone: BST
• Typical Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional availability between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM when needed.
• $6-$8/hr
