JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
We are looking for 1 full-time Virtual Assistant to step into a high-level support role as a Director of Online Operations and Marketing. This is not just task execution — this is ownership.

If you are proactive, systems-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a scaling brand, this role is for you.

Role Overview

You will support marketing execution, daily operations, and program delivery so the CEO can stay focused on strategy, content creation, and revenue growth.

This role requires someone who can manage multiple moving parts without dropping details and who treats the brand like their own.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Growth Execution

• Help drive visibility and revenue through consistent and strategic marketing efforts.

• Manage and update CRM inside Go High Level (Course Creator 360 platform)

• Schedule and manage social media posts with clear calls to action

• Execute email campaigns and automation sequences

• Coordinate webinar promotions and launch campaigns

• Book podcast guest appearances and speaking engagements

• Assist with press releases and collaborations

• Maintain and update marketing calendars

• Track campaign performance and audience growth

Focus: Consistent brand presence and measurable growth in audience and sales.

Executive Operations & Administrative Support

• Provide high-level operational support to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

• Manage calendar and schedule meetings

• Coordinate podcast bookings and collaborations

• Organize digital assets and files

• Track project timelines in Asana

• Create and improve systems to reduce inefficiencies

• Communicate on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and clarity

Outcome: Operational clarity and time leverage so leadership can focus on strategy and revenue.

Program & Client Experience Management

• Ensure smooth execution of courses, webinars, workshops, and coaching programs.

• Manage course delivery inside Course Creator 360

• Coordinate live sessions and webinars

• Handle client questions and technical support during sessions

• Monitor participant engagement

• Ensure seamless onboarding and completion process

• Support client satisfaction and retention

• Goal: Strong client experience, positive testimonials, and continued growth.

• Rate: $7/hr
