Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Property Marketing Assistant to support our growing real estate team.Your primary role will be to keep every transaction organized, compliant, and moving forward from contract to closing while also assisting with property marketing tasks when needed.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, tracking deadlines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination
• Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing
• Ensure all documents are uploaded and properly organized in the CRM
• Maintain accurate transaction files
• Track progress of each transaction to ensure everything stays on schedule
Deadline & Contract Compliance
• Track and monitor key contract deadlines including:
• Effective Date
• Option Period expiration
• Earnest Money delivery deadlines
• Ensure all required documents are complete and compliant
• Notify the team immediately if documents or deadlines are missing
Closing Coordination
• Communicate with title companies and lenders to gather required closing information
• Assist in tracking progress toward closing
• Help ensure closing disclosure items are organized before the closing date
Property Marketing Support
• Assist with marketing tasks related to property listings
• Help organize listing information and property details
• Support the team with listing preparation and marketing coordination
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.
Tools You May Use:
• Real estate CRM systems
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Email and calendar management tools
• Project management tools
• Real estate transaction management platforms
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable communicating with multiple parties (agents, lenders, title companies)
• Able to manage multiple transactions at the same time
• Reliable and proactive when handling tasks
Work Schedule:
• Full-time
• 40 hours per week
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM CST
Rate:
• $5/hour
