Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support our real estate team with digital marketing, branding, and content creation.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing graphics, creating social media content, editing videos, and maintaining consistent branding across platforms.
You will play an important role in helping our team stay visible, professional, and consistent online while supporting daily marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Marketing Support
• Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva
• Assist with social media content, including posts and short videos
• Support with basic video editing for social media
• Help create and update website content and marketing assets
Branding & Design Consistency
• Ensure all marketing materials follow consistent brand guidelines
• Maintain a cohesive look across social media, digital content, and marketing documents
• Organize and maintain marketing files and templates
Marketing Operations
• Schedule social media posts using scheduling tools
• Assist with preparing marketing collateral for property listings
• Support the team with digital marketing tasks and updates
System & Workflow Management
• Work within CRMs, Google Workspace, and task management systems
• Ensure smooth workflow handoffs between team members
• Keep marketing tasks organized and updated in the system
We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.
Tools You May Use:
• Canva
• Video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
• Social media scheduling platforms
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• CRM systems
• Task management tools
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong creative and visual design skills
• Experience with Canva and social media content creation
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong attention to branding consistency
• Organized and comfortable using digital tools
• Reliable during US Central Time working hours
Work Schedule:
• Part – 20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 6:00 AM – Flexible Time (US Central Time)
Rate:
• $5/hour
