Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to support marketing initiatives through engaging social media content and email campaigns.

In this role, you will help plan, design, and execute digital marketing efforts including social media posts, email newsletters, and outreach initiatives. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms

• Design engaging graphics and marketing materials

• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns

• Manage and organize content calendars

• Conduct digital outreach and engagement with target audiences

• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns

• Monitor basic engagement metrics and optimize posts when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing

• Strong written English communication skills

• Experience creating visually engaging content

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms

• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple marketing tasks

• Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Hours:

• Part-Time (20 hours per week)

• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone – Eastern Standard Time)

Possible schedules:

• 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST

• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST
