Job Description:

We’re looking for 2 detail-oriented Data Analyst VAs who can help us bring structure, accuracy, and clarity to our data—especially within a grocery/retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and systems

• Organize large sets of numbers into clear, usable formats

• Maintain and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms

• Help create and document SOPs (standard operating procedures)

• Support store data setup and ensure everything is properly aligned

• Monitor and maintain system data compliance

• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and workflows

We sometimes ask for flexible support on related tasks, but nothing outside your skill set—and always with clear communication.

• Microsoft Excel (required)

• Monday.com

• WhatsApp

• Outlook (Email communication)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in grocery or retail (highly preferred)

• Strong Excel skills (this is a must)

• Extremely organized and detail-focused

• Precise and careful with data—no sloppy work

• Able to follow and create structured processes

• Comfortable working with numbers daily

• Reliable and responsive in communication

Work Schedule and Rate:

• 30 hours per week

• Between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (CST)

• 5 USD per hour
