Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Spanish-speaking Healthcare Virtual Assistant who can confidently communicate with patients and support day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone with a healthcare background who is also excited to learn marketing, social media, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound phone calls professionally in Spanish and English

• Respond to chat inquiries during webinars

• Assist with social media tasks (posting, engagement, basic management)

• Support monthly webinar participation (evening schedule)

• Provide general administrative support

• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all tasks

• Collaborate with the team and continuously improve processes

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)

• Background in healthcare (required)

• Experience handling phone calls and client communication

• Willingness to learn social media, marketing, and video editing

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality (HIPAA compliant mindset)

Tools You Will Use:

• CRM systems

• Webinar platforms

• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)

Working Hours:

• Full-Time

• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

• Must be available for monthly webinars (after 5 PM EST)

• Screenshot and productivity tracker required

• Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)

• Salary rate: $8usd
